Tropical Smoothie Bowl | Omega

This refreshing smoothie bowl made with pineapple, berries, and banana makes a perfect summer meal.

Smoothie bowls are essentially a condensed smoothie with crunch—a thicker version that you eat with a spoon and toppings. This bowl is loaded with vitamin C and other antioxidants thanks to the combination of pineapple and raspberries.


1 cup frozen pineapple
1 cup frozen raspberries
½ frozen banana
1 handful of fresh mint
½ cup milk (use soy, almond, or coconut milk for nondairy option)


Add ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth (about 1 minute).
